WASHINGTON – Tonight, U.S. Representative Antonio Delgado voted to send the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to President Joe Biden's Desk. This historic bill will create jobs, repair our roads and bridges, deliver broadband, and increase resiliency in the face of climate change. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act includes Rep. Delgado's provisions to strengthen limo safety.

“Tonight, I joined Democrats and Republicans to send the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to the President's desk. Our legislation will create jobs, repair our roads and bridges, deliver broadband, and increase resiliency in the face of climate change,” said Rep. Delgado. “The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act will deliver highway, bridge, transit, broadband, and water infrastructure investments in our communities, protect and conserve the Delaware River, and generate billions in economic activity. It also includes my provisions to strengthen limo safety and promote American-made manufacturing.”
