Rep. Delgado Holds 54th Town Hall with IRS Representatives and Health Care Official
WASHINGTON – Yesterday, U.S. Representative Antonio Delgado (NY-19) held his 54th town hall focused on the American Rescue Plan. The Congressman was joined by Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Congressional District Affairs Liaison Karen L. Russell, Chief of the IRS District Congressional Liaison Branch Kevin McKeon, and Commissioner for the Ulster County Department of Health and Mental Health Dr. Carol Smith.
Rep. Delgado and panelists answered questions focused on Economic Impact Payments (stimulus checks), vaccine availability, rental and landlord relief, school district funding, and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.

Rep. Delgado has held 54 town halls, including 35 in-person events and 19 virtual town halls during the COVID-19 pandemic, to remain accessible to the district while respecting social distancing measures.
