Rep. Delgado Holds 53rd Town Hall Focused on American Rescue Plan
WASHINGTON – Tonight, U.S. Representative Antonio Delgado (NY-19) held his 53rd town hall to answer questions from NY-19 residents and provide an update on his work in Washington, DC and across New York's 19th Congressional District. Rep. Delgado focused his town hall on the American Rescue Plan, which includes a provision introduced by the Congressman that delivers $130.2 billion to local governments across the United States. Rep. Delgado's funding formula will bring over $400 million directly to local governments in New York's 19th Congressional District.
Rep. Delgado received over 200 questions from constituents. The questions focused on child tax credits, local government funding, vaccine, and rental assistance provisions within the American Rescue Plan.

Rep. Delgado has held 53 town halls, including 35 in-person events and 18 virtual town halls during the COVID-19 pandemic, to remain accessible to the district while respecting social distancing measures.
