Rep. Delgado Holds 52nd Town Hall Focused on Local Government Funding and COVID-19 Package
WASHINGTON – Yesterday, U.S. Representative Antonio Delgado (NY-19) held his 52nd town hall to answer questions from NY-19 residents and provide an update on his work in Washington, DC and across New York's 19th Congressional District. Rep. Antonio Delgado was joined by Chairman of the Greene County Legislature Pat Linger and the Director of the Schoharie County of Public Health, Dr. Amy Gildemeister.
Over 3,000 people joined the Congressman's telephone town hall event. The questions addressed a range of priorities, including COVID-19 vaccinations, rural broadband connectivity, and local government funding. During the town hall, Rep. Antonio Delgado spoke about securing over $400 million to NY-19 in the House's latest COVID-19 proposal and his bipartisan conversations with local leaders.

Rep. Antonio Delgado has held 52 town halls, including 35 in-person events, and 17 virtual town halls during the COVID-19 pandemic to remain accessible to the district while respecting social distancing measures.
