WASHINGTON, DC -- Today, U.S. Representative Antonio Delgado (NY-19) cosponsored the bipartisan Securing Access to Lower Taxes by ensuring Deductibility Act of 2019, or SALT Deductibility Act. The bill would eliminate the harmful cap on state and local tax (SALT) deductions enacted as part of the 2017 federal tax law.
