Rep. Antonio Delgado hosts town hall event in Hyde Park

HYDE PARK, N.Y. — U.S. Rep. Antonio Delgado will hold a town hall event on Saturday, Feb. 8.

The event will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road. It will be Delgado's first town hall of the year and his 34th since taking office at the beginning of 2019. Residents of Dutchess and surrounding counties are invited to ask questions and share their priorities with Delgado, D-Rhinebeck. 

In a press release, Delgado said town hall events are critical to his work as a congressman. He said they serve as an opportunity for him to hear from the community and provide an update on his work for the state's 19th Congressional District. Delgado said listening to upstate residents shapes his work to better support family farmers, improve rural broadband, lower prescription drug costs, and boost investment in rural communities.
